SE3 was a subconsultant for civil engineering improvements at DFW Airport.  The work that we were responsible for comprised a variety of disciplines and work authorizations.  This included:

  • Design of a new Electrical Vault including structural design of the building and retaining walls, utilities, and stormwater
  • Ramp reconstruction at Terminals A&C including pavement and utility removals and design for new water and sanitary extensions at Terminal A
  • Glycol System Evaluation;  SE3 inspected and televised nearly all the glycol lines within the airport
  • Preliminary design of the 19th Street air freight buildings
  • North Remote Parking Lot sanitary sewer design and lift station
  • Oncor Infrastructure inspection
  • Retaining Wall Assessment
  • Airfield Blast Wall and Visual Screen Assessments
  • Hyatt Regency Parking Garage Ramp Evaluation and Design
