SE3 provided Construction Management services for the EOWA I-490 and I-90 Interchange, an $85 million dollar project. The project included new mainline lanes, ramp rehabilitation, and stormwater detention in addition to many other project components. SE3 personnel oversaw project personnel, scheduling of staff, project billing, quality of work being performed, among other project services.

The project also included a new multi-span bridge which carries I-490 over the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago’s Touhy Avenue Reservoir, south of I-90.

The project included coordination with Illinois Department of Transportation, O’Hare International Airport, Cook County, in addition to local fire and police departments. The Illinois Tollway’s Move Illinois Program funded this project which included 17 miles of new roads and 15 new or improved interchanges.
