I-294 Construction Management Upon Request

 
This project involved the collaboration of Cook County, the Village of Justice, and the Illinois Tollway and included many components such as a bridge widening and bridge deck replacement. For this Illinois Tollway project SE3 personnel provided Construction Management services for the Central Tri-State Tollway (I-294).

New ramps were constructed to help relieve congestion. Other project elements included noise walls, retaining walls, and barrier walls. SE3 staff also reviewed utility, drainage, and lighting efforts for the project. Other work included the preparation of pay estimates, change orders, Inspector’s Daily Reports, and reviewing invoices. Contract documentation was completed according to Illinois Tollway standards and requirements.

SE3 personnel met the project requirements, budget, and the project schedule.
