SE3 was the lead designer for the Kansas City International Airport Logistics Trailer Complex as part of Universal Construction’s design-build team. The project, managed by Clark-Weitz-Clarkson, is an 8.5-acre site that was converted to house modular office trailers with a material laydown area. The site was used by the construction subcontractors throughout the new terminal project.

The design included all utilities and hook-ups, grading and drainage, pavement, fencing, erosion control, and permanent signage. The trailer complex also included a permanent expansion of the parking lot for the existing office building that was being used as Clark-Weitz-Clarkson’s local project office.
