SE3 was retained by Ameren to assist with the Right-of-Way Acquisition for the Mount Vernon Area Reliability Project, which is part of the South Central Illinois Transmission Expansion (SCITE) Program. The project is split into two phases. SE3, is the real estate consultant firm retained on behalf of Ameren Illinois. SE3 coordinates with landowners on behalf of Ameren to acquire right-of-entry for preconstruction activities, secure signed easement documents, negotiate landowner compensation for easements including damage claims, as well as participate in condemnation tasks as required.
