SE3, LLC was hired to prepare the civil engineering plans for Pet Partners Veterinary Clinic (now called Blue Pearl) in Augusta, GA.  Some of the critical elements of the project included:

  • The initial hospital was designed as a 12,600-square-foot facility, with a planned expansion in Phase 2 that would add 6,800 SF of clinic space. The parking lot for Phase 1 wraps around the eventual Phase 2 building. With limited space between the building and the parking lot, it was critical to design the parking lot so that the grades in Phase 2 would meet ADA requirements.
  • The plan included Phase 1 permanent drainage and temporary drainage to accommodate Phase 2
  • Specialty landscaping was required to meet the needs of pet walking and yard space
  • A significant number of utilities were relocated to accommodate the site design
