SE3 was contracted to provide the following tasks:

  • Prepare development checklists outlining governmental approvals, permit fees, municipal and agency contacts, and other approval requirements
  • Assisting the developer in locating and obtaining the services of a local surveyor
  • Working with local utility companies and obtaining information about utility routing and connections
  • Prepare preliminary and final civil engineering drawings that interface with the architectural and MEP drawings
  • Handle submittals to the local reviewing agency and obtain other approvals
  • Coordinate bid packages with the developer and the contractor for the site civil work
  • Evaluation of construction bids
