SE3 was contracted to provide the following tasks:
- Prepare development checklists outlining governmental approvals, permit fees, municipal and agency contacts, and other approval requirements
- Assisting the developer in locating and obtaining the services of a local surveyor
- Working with local utility companies and obtaining information about utility routing and connections
- Prepare preliminary and final civil engineering drawings that interface with the architectural and MEP drawings
- Handle submittals to the local reviewing agency and obtain other approvals
- Coordinate bid packages with the developer and the contractor for the site civil work
- Evaluation of construction bids
