SE3, LLC has been contracted to complete the civil engineering design and permitting for over 100 Tractor Supply Company (TSC) stores throughout the United States in over 20 states.

Our scope includes the following activities:

  • Prepared development checklists outlining governmental approvals, permit fees, municipal and agency contracts, and other approval requirements
  • Assisted the developer in locating and obtaining the services of a local surveyor
  • Contacted local utility companies and obtained information regarding utility routing and connections
  • Worked with the architect in the preparation of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 submittals to Tractor Supply Company
  • Prepared preliminary and final civil engineering drawings that interfaced with the architectural and MEP drawings
  • Made submittals to the local reviewing agency and obtained other approvals
  • Worked with the developer and contractor to put together bid packages for the site’s civil work
