Charles Hoag, P.E.

Charles Hoag is a Vice President and Project Manager for SE3 with over 22 years of experience in urban and rural roadway design. He is a professional civil engineer specializing in design-build projects, completing PS&E packages, and schematic development for various transportation projects. Charlie has provided engineering services for projects ranging from multi-billion-dollar interstate design-build projects to locally funded development projects. Charlie has extensive experience in roadway design, retaining wall design, traffic control design, signing/pavement marking design, and ITS design.

Charlie first gained his PE license in Texas and holds licenses in 8 other states. He is an active member of multiple organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). Charlie graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Civil Engineering.
