David Kuchinsky

David is our Dallas Office Manager. As an accomplished engineer, David combines a robust design and project management background in the traffic sector, primarily in ITS, Illumination, and Traffic Signals. He has led projects from design to implementation. His expertise includes planning, specifications, and estimates for many small—to large-scale transportation projects.

David is an active member of ITS Texas and IEEE. He attends as many conferences as possible to stay current with the latest transportation technology. David has worked in the public and private sectors and is passionate about using technology to improve safety and help people.
