SE3 provides services for planning, design and management of various technical Systems. These systems include traffic signals - from operations modelling, IDS development to intersection signal design.

SE3 also provides these services for various types of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and related hardware/software design and integration. SE3 has had experience in all aspects of ITS functions and can tailor efforts to the needs of the specific program or project requirements per client needs. SE3 provides systems architecture design support, MOT services, ITS network acquisition, configuration and deployment (including network switches, fiber installation/interface, testing and acceptance) and network/communication integration services. SE3 is skilled at defining system integration requirements and preparing all specifications related to the integration, testing and acceptance of ITS systems.
